We have developed a cost-effective graphite bipolar plate made from advanced materials with high conductivity and excellent mechanical strength. Through high-pressure molding, vacuum impregnation, and high-temperature heat treatment, our plates feature wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, creep resistance, self-lubrication, low thermal expansion, and excellent sealing performance. We can process flow field patterns on both sides, one side, or provide unprocessed blank plates. All graphite plates can be customized based on your detailed design.

 

Ultra-high conductivity for efficient energy conversion: With graphite purity ≥99.9% and conductivity up to 150 S/cm, it ensures zero energy loss during current transmission. Low contact resistance: Nano-polished surface achieves contact resistance with the gas diffusion layer ≤10mΩ·cm², enhancing fuel cell output power.

Exceptional corrosion resistance for harsh environments: Outstanding chemical stability withstands strong acids (e.g., phosphoric acid), strong alkalis, and high-temperature, high-humidity conditions without metal ion precipitation. Optional anti-oxidation coating: CVD-applied silicon carbide (SiC) protective layer extends service life by over three times.

Lightweight design reduces system energy consumption: With a density as low as 1.8 g/cm³, it is 20% lighter than metal bipolar plates, ideal for weight-sensitive applications like vehicle fuel cells. Ultra-thin structure: Customizable thickness between 0.8-2.0mm optimizes stack space and increases energy density.

Long service life with low maintenance costs: Flexural strength ≥40MPa ensures excellent mechanical impact resistance, preventing brittle fractures. Creep resistance: Continuous operation at 80°C and 95% humidity for 10,000 hours results in performance degradation of less than 5%.
