It offers higher density compared to small-particle material formed by spontaneous combustion of Si and C-containing gases. Unlike solid-phase sintering or Si-C reactions, it eliminates the need for a sintering furnace or lengthy sintering steps, ensuring a consistent evaporation rate and improved run-to-run uniformity.<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0e\u5165:<br \/>1. Prepare CVD-SiC block source: First, you need to prepare a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vet-china.com\/high-purity-cvd-solid-sic-bulk.html\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u9ad8\u7d14\u5ea6CVD\u56fa\u4f53SiC\u30d0\u30eb\u30af<\/a> source, which is usually of high purity and high density.
