The TaC Coating graphite crescent-shaped component is designed for high-temperature and specialized applications. It features a graphite substrate with a TaC coating, offering excellent thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability. The TaC coating, prepared via physical vapor deposition, provides high hardness (2500-3000HV), superior wear resistance, exceptional high-temperature performance, and strong chemical stability against acids and alkalis.
